Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and AstroMitraApp, which operates AstroMitra at https://www.astromitra.app. Using the service means you accept them.

You must be 18 or older to use this service.

What the service is

We compute a Vedic (sidereal) birth chart from the birth details you give us, using published astronomical algorithms and the Lahiri ayanamsa. We then use artificial intelligence to write an interpretation of that chart.

There is no human astrologer. Nobody reads your chart personally. The named guides you can choose between are writing styles, not people.

What the service is not

Astrology content here is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not advice, and specifically it is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice.

We do not guarantee any outcome, event, date, result or prediction. Nothing here should be used to decide whether to take medication, end a relationship, sign a contract, make an investment, or make any other consequential decision. For those, use appropriate professional advice.

The calculations are accurate to the birth details you provide. If your birth time is approximate, parts of the chart — the ascendant especially — are unreliable, and the service will say so rather than pretend.

Your account

You can begin without an email address. Doing so means the account exists only in that browser: clear your cookies and it is gone, along with its chart and conversations, and we cannot restore it. Adding an email address and password is what makes it recoverable.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Give us accurate birth details. A chart computed from the wrong time is a chart for somebody else.

Free questions and paid readings

Every account gets a number of free questions, currently 3. Free questions are counted per person, not per conversation, so starting a new chat does not reset them. You can earn more by referring someone, up to the limit shown on the refer page.

Beyond that, a paid reading unlocks the conversation and produces a written report. Prices are shown before you pay and are in Indian Rupees.

We may change prices and the number of free questions. A change never affects something you have already paid for.

Payment

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A purchase is only unlocked after we independently verify it with the gateway — the confirmation your browser reports is never enough on its own.

What you may not do

• Use the service to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone
• Ask for content that is illegal, or that sexualises or endangers a child
• Present our readings as the work of a human astrologer
• Scrape, resell or redistribute readings, or use them to train a competing model
• Attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service, its limits or its paywall
• Create accounts in bulk, including to farm free questions or referral rewards

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where the account has unused paid credit and the breach was not fraud, we will refund it.

Content

Your questions and your birth details remain yours. You give us permission to process them in order to run the service, and nothing more.

The readings we generate are yours to keep and use personally. The site, the calculation engine and the brand remain ours.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, and cannot promise it always will be. Model providers have outages. When a reading cannot be generated, we do not charge for it, and a question that fails is not counted against you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this service is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a reading. This is not a disclaimer of something we hope you will overlook: it is the whole reason the disclaimer appears on every page.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
